Publishing your website on a custom domain in NetJet.io is a simple process. Follow these steps to successfully connect your domain and make your site live.


1. Open the Project You Want to Publish


  1. Log in to your NetJet.io account.
  2. From the dashboard, locate the project you want to publish.
  3. Click the Publish button on the project card.


2. Choose the Custom Domain Option


  1. In the publishing options menu, select Custom Domain.
  2. A text box will appear where you need to enter your domain name (e.g., www.yourwebsite.com).
  3. Click Connect to proceed.


3. Retrieve Your DNS Settings


  1. After clicking Connect, your DNS settings will appear below.
  2. These settings include:
  • CNAME record that needs to be updated in your domain registrar.
  • A Record (if required) to point your domain to NetJet.io’s servers.
  1. Copy these details, as you will need them for domain configuration.


4. Configure DNS Settings in Your Domain Registrar


  1. Open a new tab and log in to your domain registrar’s account (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Google Domains).
  2. Navigate to the DNS settings or Domain Management section.
  3. Locate the section for CNAME records and A Records.
  4. Add or update the CNAME record with the value provided by NetJet.io.
  5. Add or update the A Record if required.
  6. Save your changes.


5. Confirm Connection and Go Live


  1. Return to NetJet.io and wait a few minutes for the connection to process.
  2. The domain status will update and display in green when successfully connected.
  3. Your website is now live on your custom domain.
